Camp Code Jumper at ATIA 2023

APH will be hosting a FREE Code Jumper preconference Camp for anyone registered for ATIA 2023. If you have not yet registered for ATIA 2023, a 20% discount is available for full conference registration (new registrations only), if you are approved to attend the Code Jumper preconference. If you are already registered for ATIA, you can still attend the camp. Just submit your request and a member of our team will follow up with you. You must plan on attending ATIA in-person to take advantage of this learning opportunity. No virtual option is available.

All attendees will receive a free Code Jumper kit. ACVREP credits are available. The preconference session will take place on Wednesday, February 1, from 8:00am–4:00pm EST. The Camp is broken up to in four sessions and concludes with a one-hour panel discussion. The sessions include:

• A hands-on overview of Code Jumper (hosted by APH and the Center for Assistive Technology Training (CATT)/Alabama Institute for the Deaf & Bind (AIDB)
• The Code Jumper Curriculum and New Code Jumper Puzzles (Hosted by i2e, Code Jumper curriculum developers)
• Code Jumper and the ECC (hosted by Julie Hapeman, COMS, CVRT, CATIS, TVI, and Kaitie Schlehr, Central Florida Light House)
• The Code Jumper Accessible Escape Room (Hosted by APH Regional Outreach Representatives)
